2. Quotes and payments
- Plans shown on the Website are priced per project. Prices are confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
- Payment terms, deposits and due dates are set out in each quote or agreement.
- We may pause work on a project if payments are overdue.
3. Client responsibilities
To deliver results, we rely on your cooperation. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, and access to the accounts and tools needed for the project
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
- Make sure that any content, images or materials you provide do not infringe the rights of others
4. SEO results
Search engines and AI platforms control their own rankings and algorithms, which change frequently. While we use proven strategies and work to improve your visibility, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Any estimates we share are based on experience and available data, not promises.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, logos and graphics of this Website belong to Quirk SEO and may not be copied or reused without permission. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We may keep the right to use general know-how, tools and code libraries that are not unique to your project.
6. Portfolio
Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the work we do for you, such as screenshots and links to your website, in our portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Third-party services
Projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins, analytics or email platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or failures.
8. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
